HERE A Roller run on a slow speed and press the material in die holes and extrudes the material. Length of pellet can be adjusted by knife provided below the die. Pellets so formed are cooled on cooling conveyor and send for storage. Most of the biodegradable materials like Ground Nut Shell, Wood Waste, Bagasse, Straw, Grass etc can be pelletised.
