This machine is a by- product of researches done by our proprietor MR R.C choraria and scientists of N.I.R.J.A.F.T(NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF RESEARCH ON JUTE AND ALLIED FIBRE TECHNOLOGY , Indian council of agricultural research , 12 regent park , Kolkata 700040 .

This uses mature jute plants in appropriate condition for extracting the ribbon from the green stems . this is a very cost effective,compact machine suitable for farmers to use in fields .
